Job description

Inside Sales position with a stainless steel service center in the East Cleveland area. Applicant must have sales background. Bachelor's degree a plus, or experience in related field. The ideal candidate would possess the following:
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Tenacity to manage the sales cycle from lead generation to fulfillment
  • Proficient in prospecting and data mining
  • Strong negotiation skills with the capacity to build strong, long term relationships
  • Willingness to travel to build customer base as needed

Exceptional compensation consisting of base salary plus commission; as well as monthly team bonuses. Must be willing to work in a positive, team oriented work environment.
