Inside Sales Needed!
Carroll Construction Supply in Wichita, KS is adding to their team! We are currently accepting applications for an Inside Sales position. This is a key role within our branch, and we are looking for a professional individual who brings strong attention to detail, a solid work ethic, and a desire to grow with the company. Experience in sales and construction is preferred but not a must. We are open to training the right person who shows motivation, ability, curiosity, and a positive attitude. Carroll is known as a fair, honest, and team-oriented company and has recently become an employee-owned company, with over 35 locations across 14 states. Position Overview & Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and counter sales in a professional and timely manner
  • Work closely with outside sales to support customer projects and material needs
  • Previous knowledge and experience in the concrete construction industry are beneficial but not a must
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Extremely motivated and upbeat personality is a must
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
  • Motivated, hardworking, dependable, and accountable
  • Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile
  • Pass background check and pre-employment drug and physical testing
  • Provide accurate pricing, material recommendations, and customer support
