Clariness is looking for an Inside Sales Executive (f/md/) based in Berlin or UK.

About the role:

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play an important role in supporting our commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and generating qualified sales opportunities for our Business Development team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their sales career who enjoys connecting with people, is motivated by results, and is eager to develop their commercial skills in an international environment.

As an Inside Sales Executive (f/m/d), you would be responsible for:

  • Identifying and engaging prospective clients through outbound and inbound sales activities.
  • Generating qualified sales opportunities and supporting the development of a healthy commercial pipeline.
  • Building and maintaining account plans for assigned territories and target accounts.
  • Scheduling meetings and introducing potential clients to the Business Development team.
  • Conducting market and account research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate customer and activity records within the CRM system.
  • Collaborating closely with Business Development and Commercial teams to support sales objectives and territory growth.

We would like you to have: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident and professional approach to outbound prospecting and client interactions.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Scientific, healthcare, or life sciences background is an advantage.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
