  • An Implementation Engineer - JusticeTech works closely with customers to understand their requirements and configure our software solutions to meet customer needs.

  • The Implementation Engineer - JusticeTech should have a deep understanding of the products and software process being implemented for our customers and be able to speak to how the solution works and how it relates to the customer's business processes.

  • The Implementation Engineer - JusticeTech is accountable for the successful implementation and testing of customer solutions and will regularly interact with internal and external stakeholders.

  • The Implementation Engineer - JusticeTech works closely with other Implementation Engineers, Data Engineers, Developers, Product Owners, and the Project Manager to ensure successful delivery of the implementation.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer/software-related field or 2-3 years of software/IT customer service experience

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter

  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
