Job Description Implementation Engineer Location: Onsite - Indianapolis, IN Up to $80K Direct Hire Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in search for an Implementation Engineer to join their team in the Indianapolis area. This successful resource will be responsible for onboarding new clients and providing external customer tier II support. RESPONSIBILITIES: Installation of cloud and on-prem application to external customers Run configuration tooling in SQL and connecting SQL to run queries Work with SSMS to connect to a database and see what is happening inside an instance Assist with customer API's and help with the API integrator Install software on SQL Server and run installer and configuration tools Support advanced level assistance for customer installation and SQL issues REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of IT experience Broad experience with exposure to servers, network equipment, and SQL databases Strong SQL skills Experience with light scripting Good communication skills PREFERRED SKILLS/CHARACTERISTICS: Experience with SSMS or any database connection tool API experience Bachelor's degree TERMS: This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $80K based on experience.
