  • Operations and Maintenance will require, monitoring endpoint agent health, performance, and fleet connectivity; lead troubleshooting of agent conflicts, missing telemetry, or local environment issues. Engineer will be required to maintain complete deployment documentation, architectural diagrams, and operational runbooks for tier-1/tier-2 support handover. Engineer will need to participate in DR tabletop exercises.
  • The lead will serve as the primary technical liaison with DTEX Professional Services and Customer Success for platform upgrades, feature requests, and issue resolution. Lead will also serve as a liaison between the FW team to manage and maintain FW exceptions.
