This is a high-impact role involving extensive client interactions. The consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and adoption of the Black Diamond Wealth Platform. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Ensuring clients are engaged and satisfied by managing complex projects involving multiple teams with the goal of being successfully onboarding to our Black Diamond Wealth Platform
  • Working collaboratively across Black Diamond's Onboarding Teams
  • Spending time getting to know client's business model and individual system needs and developing client workflows based on those needs
  • Configuring our purposeful suite of tools to allow financial advisors to manage their client's complete wealth picture
  • Designing and delivering training to clients on our comprehensive Wealth Platform
  • Efficiently managing 12-15 Implementation projects concurrently

Required Experience

  • A blend of investment management and technical experience is a must for the job
  • 2-3 years of client facing experience in Software, Financial Services, or Financial Technology
  • A demonstrated focus on the holistic client experience and client satisfaction
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Self-directed, must be able to work independently
  • Bachelor's Degree
