  • Business immigration: H-1B's, L's, Alien Labor Certification (PERM), Greencards and Naturalization petitions
  • Prepare above petitions and applications under supervision of the firm's immigration attorneys
  • Constantly monitor and prepare a large volume of case work
  • Manage assigned caseload from intake through processing and filing
  • Generate notifications to clients and maintain relevant records
  • Respond to immigration inquiries in a timely manner and strictly adhere to submission deadlines

Experience in immigration law or related legal work is required. Excellent verbal, written and thorough proofreading skills are essential. Attention to detail is a must.
