We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic bilingual individuals to join our customer service team! As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to our diverse customer base, assisting them in both English and another language of your choice. Your contributions will ensure that every customer feels valued and understood.

Role Overview

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone calls and email.
  • Provide clear, timely, and professional solutions.
  • Ensure a positive and satisfactory customer experience.
  • Document interactions and follow up on cases.

Employment Conditions

  • Base salary: $2,400,000 COP
  • Connectivity allowance: $100,000 COP
  • Transportation allowance: per Colombian law
  • Schedule: 36 hours per week
  • Operating hours: 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Work modality: Remote (operations)
  • Contract type: Indefinite term

Training

  • Duration: 1 week
  • Modality: On-site at Connecta 80 facility
  • Nesting: 1 week with operational support
