Job description

Italian-Speaking Customer Service Agents

We are looking for Italian-Speaking Customer Service Agents to join our client's amazing team in sunny Greece.

What's the offer:

  • 20 days of annual leave (1 extra day after 1 year of service)
  • Salary of € 850 NET per month
  • + Up to € 180 NET per month of performance bonus
  • + 2 extra salaries per year
  • Company events and training programmes Night shift is paid 25% extra. Sunday or Bank Holiday is paid 75% extra.

About your daily responsibilities:

You will be assisting the customers via Live Chat, telephone and email with a wide variety of account queries including payment, login, verification and service queries.

⏰ Working hours:

You will be working in shifts 5 days out of 7 per week (40 hours per week), including weekends (not every weekend). Working hours may also include working at a night-shift.
