Call Center Lead Generator

Renewal by Andersen windows is the custom division of Andersen windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.
This position plays an integral role within our Inside Sales team and overall strength of our company. This role would be a work from home position. All characteristics for this role will include, but are not limited to, the following:
 
Primary Responsibilities:
- Dial out to up to 30 homeowners an hour while tending to heavy inbound call flow for homeowners who have contacted us via one of our marketing avenues
- Document and track all set appointments accurately so that all future customer demonstration and price activity is done per company standards
- Managing high volume of inbound and outbound calls while multitasking through various systems
 
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Sales experience
- Bilingual is a plus
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Sales mindset and metrics driven
- Ability to work varying shifts, including some evenings and weekends
- Must live in Tennessee to be considered for this position
- Our 6-8 week, paid training will take place fully remote
 
Compensation and Benefits:
- $20/hr with uncapped commission structure based on appointments set - most reps are making at least $22-$25/hr with commission

Schedule:
- Remote work
- Must be able to work some morning and evenings shifts, and one weekend shift every week.
- Must have the ability to work until 10:30pm at least ONCE a week.
- Days off will not be consecutive
- Must be available to work during operating hours: Monday-Friday: 7:50am-10:30pm, Weekends: 8:50am-8pm
