Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business development for AI/ML and SDLC services across industries like healthcare, finance, and tech startups.
  • Identify and target clients in the Bay Area, leveraging your network to engage startups, scale-ups, and enterprises.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and SDLC experts to design tailored proposals and close mid- to large-scale deals.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Represent Right Skale at high-profile tech conferences and local meetups to boost brand visibility.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales within IT services, preferably in AI/ML, data engineering, test engineering, or custom software development.

  • Proven ability to apply solution selling and consultative sales techniques to address client pain points in AI, data engineering, or software development projects, including quantifying ROI and creating proof-of-value demonstrations.
  • Experience building and leveraging strategic alliances with AI/cloud vendors, technology partners, and ecosystem collaborators to co-create solutions, access emerging technologies, and expand market opportunities in AI and SDLC services.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach) to manage pipelines, track leads, and drive conversions.
  • Strong network in the Bay Area tech ecosystem, with experience selling to both startups and enterprises, adapting strategies to diverse client needs and budgets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a focus on building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
