Job description

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team at our local office for the busy school picture season. In this on-site role, you will be the main point of contact for parents during our peak months. Your primary focus will be answering inquiries, resolving order issues, and ensuring families receive their students' cherished memories with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Support: Work from our local office, answering high-volume inbound phone calls and emails from parents.

  • Order Tracking & Billing: Help parents navigate online ordering portals, process payments, reissue lost digital download codes, and track shipped portrait packages.

  • Problem Resolution: Calmly and professionally resolve customer complaints regarding photo quality, missing orders, or billing discrepancies.

  • Database Management: Utilize internal databases and spreadsheet software to quickly look up student records, verify image files, and correct shipping addresses.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1+ years of face-to-face or phone-based customer service experience (e.g., retail, call center, administrative, or hospitality).

  • Location & Presence: Ability to commute daily to our local office and maintain excellent, on-time attendance throughout the seasonal contract.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a patient, welcoming, and professional phone etiquette.

  • Tech-Savvy: Fast and accurate typing skills, with the ability to learn proprietary ordering software and comfortably navigate Google Workspace.
