Priority Plumbing in Merrimack, NH, is on the lookout for a dynamic full-time Experienced Customer Service Rep. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping our community, we want you on our team!

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS JOB?
The typical work hours for this position will be from 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday. This role will initially begin as remote and transition to office work by mid-2026. As an Experienced Customer Service Rep, you will start your day by answering inbound calls from customers, booking jobs, and ensuring outstanding service. You will efficiently schedule and dispatch technicians using FieldPulse, making sure every job is assigned in a timely manner. Following up with customers regarding estimates, memberships, and completed jobs will be a regular task. Throughout the day, you will handle payments, update customer records, and assist with basic office tasks while supporting the team with daily communication, problem-solving, and coordination to ensure a seamless experience for both customers and technicians.
If you can meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!
  • 1+ year(s) of experience using scheduling or dispatching management software (FieldPulse or similar)
  • Experience handling customer calls, including rescheduling and coordinating appointments
  • Familiarity with FieldPulse or similar platforms (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, etc.)
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage calls, scheduling, and dispatching simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
