We are looking for a driven and service-oriented IT Director, with experience developing and implementing strategic plans to join our team. This role is 100% on site.

As the IT Director for SPIROL, you will:

  • Oversee all technology operations and SPIROL, and evaluate those operations according to established objectives, ensuring compliance with all global and governmental regulations as they relate to security and privacy.
  • Work collaboratively with executive leadership to optimize the use of information technology, designing and implementing programs that drive effectiveness and efficiency throughout the organization.
  • Provide technical leadership and work closely with functional councils and subject matter experts to deliver solutions in the digital space which enhance SPIROL's operations and improve its global competitiveness.
  • Direct the effective delivery of networks and disaster recovery systems and processes, ensuring business continuity protocols are in place to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
  • Oversee the operational elements of SPIROL's information technology systems, ensuring appropriate systemic corrective actions are implemented when required with dedication to root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
    • Manufacturing environment experience required (Automotive or Aerospace preferred)
  • 10+ years' managing an IT department.
  • Demonstrated experience driving and implementing 5-year plans and roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of an organization, communicating effectively (verbal / written).
  • Ability to travel to all SPIROL facilities globally.
