Location: We are seeking an experienced Director of IT Operations the new Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN.

Unit Description:

Sodexo Live! is proud to be the hospitality partner for the Tennessee Titans' upcoming new Nissan Stadium, set to open in February 2027 in the heart of Nashville. We are assembling a powerhouse team under a multi-year contract to lead operations beginning Summer 2026 with the first major event set for April 2027. This 60,000-seat enclosed stadium will be a year-round destination for NFL games, college football, concerts, and global events. The stadium will also feature panoramic skyline views, the largest rooftop bar in the U.S., and a 12,000 sq ft community center, making it a landmark for both entertainment and civic engagement.

Job Overview:

The Director of IT Operations at Sodexo Live! leads the strategic and day-to-day management of technology infrastructure across a diverse portfolio of hospitality venues-including stadiums, convention centers, cultural destinations, and airport lounges. This role ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems that support live event operations, food & beverage services, and guest-facing technologies.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all venue-based IT systems including POS, networking, AV, and mobile ordering platforms
  • Ensure high availability and performance of mission-critical systems during live events
  • Manage cloud infrastructure, data centers, and endpoint devices across locations
  • Lead and mentor regional IT managers, support analysts, and technical staff
  • Build a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate staffing and training for venue technology teams
  • Develop and execute IT operations strategy aligned with business goals
  • Manage budgets, vendor contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Lead technology rollouts, upgrades, and integrations across venues
  • Ensure compliance with PCI, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards
  • Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and implement proactive security measures
  • Support internal and external audits related to IT operations
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, and Culinary teams to align technology with business needs
  • Serve as a key liaison between corporate IT and venue leadership
  • Provide executive-level reporting on system performance and project outcomes
