Job description

Cass Human Service Zone is hiring a Human Resources Associate in Fargo, North Dakota
Cass Human Service Zone is seeking a dedicated and passionate Human Resources Associate to support the daily human resources functions of Cass Human Service Zone and serve as a resource for Team Members, Leadership, and Zone Administration on basic human resource policies and procedures.
Human Resources Associate duties include but are not limited to:
  • Coordinating recruiting, onboarding, and off-boarding processes;
  • Maintaining accurate administrative and personnel documentation, while ensuring adherence to applicable Federal, State, and County employment laws, practices, and policies;
  • Processing and maintaining Team Member leave and workplace injury administration;
  • Providing administrative support to Zone Administration and leadership, contributing to the overall effectiveness and integrity of Zone operations.
To succeed in this position, you will enjoy a fast-paced environment with a variety of responsibilities and be able to adapt as priorities shift. You will bring a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
To be considered for this position, you must have a bachelor's degree in human resources, management, or related field; or High School diploma/equivalent, and a combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Demonstrated experience in human resources and administrative support required.
Preference will be given to candidates with PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
The successful applicant must pass a standard background, motor vehicle, and criminal record check.
