About the Role:
Now Optics is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our Home Office team in Delray Beach. This role will primarily focus on handling and organizing incoming and outgoing mail, along with providing light administrative support as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring proper sorting, distribution, and delivery
  • Prepare, package, and track outgoing mail and shipments
  • Maintain records related to mail and packages as needed, ensure all email communication is documented and filed correctly
  • Keeps track of Inventory, purchases, supplies and active assets.
  • Stock and organize mailing and office supply areas
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization,
  • Provide occasional support to office staff and departments with routine clerical needs
  • Assist with small projects and perform other duties as assigned
  • Handles documentation and company information in the most confidential manner.
