Job description

Are you a hands-on HR professional who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and partnering with leadership? We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources for a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
  • Partner with leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and HR policies
  • Lead recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions
  • Oversee performance review processes and employee development initiatives
  • Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Maintain HRIS records, reporting, and personnel files
  • Support payroll processing and partner with Finance as needed
  • Foster a positive, collaborative company culture

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Experience with recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management
  • HRIS experience required; payroll experience is a plus
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
