Title: Human Resources Manager

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager:

  • Process payroll for approximately 170 employees using ADP Workforce Now
  • Lead onboarding, employee records management, compliance, and HR administration activities
  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings, physicals, and new hire documentation
  • Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and management across office and field operations
  • Support employment law compliance, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and HR policies
  • Partner with leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational needs

Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:

  • 5+ years of HR and payroll experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Fluent bilingual Spanish/English
  • Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, industrial, or other blue-collar workforces
  • Bachelor's degree and/or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
