Job description

Elite Corporate Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our growing staffing operations and client accounts. This role is responsible for managing key HR functions throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, workers' compensation, payroll coordination, recruiting support, and HR compliance.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment. This is a hands-on operational role that requires strong follow-up, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service to both employees and clients.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate employee onboarding from offer acceptance through first day of employment.
  • Prepare offer letters and communicate compensation packages and employment details.
  • Create and maintain employee records within ADP and other HR systems.
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, client-specific onboarding requirements, and employment documentation.
  • Serve as a primary HR contact for employees, clients, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Support employee relations by responding to HR-related questions and assisting with employment matters.
  • Administer employee benefits, enrollments, eligibility changes, and insurance communications.
  • Coordinate workers' compensation claims and maintain communication with employees, insurance carriers, healthcare providers, and clients.
  • Review payroll-related information, timekeeping records, PTO, and employment changes for accuracy.
  • Partner with payroll and accounting to ensure employee information is processed accurately and on time.
  • Support recruiting activities and ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection through onboarding.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies, client requirements, and employment documentation.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential HR records.
  • Collaborate with recruiting, payroll, accounting, leadership, and client contacts to support day-to-day staffing operations.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources Generalist, HR Operations, or Staffing industry experience.
  • Experience with employee onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, benefits administration, workers' compensation, and recruiting.
  • Experience using ADP or a comparable HRIS/payroll system.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Previous staffing agency or multi-client HR experience strongly preferred.
