We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Human Resources & Compliance Specialist (Part-Time) to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare in Deerfield Beach, Florida. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the needs of our employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities:

• Provide HR support to our team, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
