With over 40 years of experience in Real Estate Law, McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, LLC has an immediate opening for a part-time HR Admin Assistant in our West Palm Beach, FL office! MWC is a high volume, fast- paced, multi-office law firm representing Mortgage Lenders, Banks and Financial Institutions in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, DC, Virginia and Florida through the Foreclosure and Bankruptcy legal process.
Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  • Maintain HR Files
  • Assist with scheduling and orientation of new employees
  • Payroll Processing
  • Administer benefit programs including invoice reconciliation
  • Help with interview set up and job offers

Skills needed:
  • Highly organized
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality
  • Excel and Microsoft Word Skills (intermediate to advanced)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week with immediate availability. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications
