Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in human resources operations, including benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR policy implementation. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively support employees and management across a broad range of HR functions. The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with the medical practices' leadership to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
