The Human Resources Generalist performs a wide array of Human Resources functions. This position is responsible for facilitating the employment process by ensuring that every new employee has an accurate and complete personnel file containing all regulatory and facility required documentation. The Human Resource Generalist completes the day-to-day tasks by facilitating applicant flow through the employment process and performing other activities related to compensation, recruitment, and reporting-as well as other HR-related functions--to meet the needs of the medical campus.  Maintains excellent organization of the Human Resources Department forms, supplies, operational records, and mail, as well as the HR reception and front-desk areas.  Responsible for scanning and filing HR documents, front office reception, greeting customers, directing callers in a professional and courteous manner, and distributing all incoming/outgoing mail, facsimiles and applications appropriately. The HR Generalist is responsible for providing subject matter expertise relative to basic HR-related inquiries-referring more complex inquiries to the appropriate HR staff member.

EDUCATION:
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with High School diploma
Preferred: Master's Degree
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum: One (1) year of previous Human Resources experience
Preferred: Two (2) or more years of Human Resources Generalist experience
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to effectively interface with all levels of employees.
Proficient computer skills MS WORD, MS Excel and HRIS/HRMS system.
Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills.
