Job description

We are seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist to join a fast-paced, high-volume HR Shared Services environment supporting one of our leading global enterprise software and cloud technology organization. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employee HR inquiries, manage cases through a ticketing system, and support various stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and HR systems processes. The ideal candidate will have 1–3+ years of HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Coordinator experience, strong Workday expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance attention to detail with critical thinking while partnering with cross-functional HR teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

  • Deliver excellent customer service in response to HR queries from employees and managers, via the employee portal
  • Provide support to employees across all stages of the employee lifecycle • Ensure requests are resolved in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Enable our employees to self-serve on HR policy and process by creating, maintaining and continuously improving our internal knowledge base
  • Identify, resolve and escalate inconsistent, inefficient and incongruent processes, policies and practices to prevent and mitigate HR risk and compliance issues
  • Develop strong relationships with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence, for example; Total Rewards, Payroll and Talent Acquisition.
  • Ensure early identification of service issues and requirements
  • Provide input and insight for enhancement opportunities including tools, processes and policies


Required Skills:

  • 1-3+ years of HR Shared Services, HR Operations, HR Coordinator, or HR Generalist experience
  • Strong Workday experience
  • HR ticket/case management experience

Eligibility: USC or Green Card

Rate: $20-26/hr W2

Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid 3 days on site)
