Where do human resources managers work?

Career: Human Resources Manager

Any business in which several employees work may have an HR manager role. Businesses of every size and in every industry employ human resources managers to oversee workers. Educational facilities need HR managers to handle the needs of the teachers and professors on staff, as well as the students who attend the school. Government agencies employee specialized human resources managers to deal with the hiring and firing of government officials and government workers. Examples include the United States Postal Service employees and librarians. A human resources manager may also contract out their services as a freelance employee to small organizations that are not yet big enough to need a full-time HR manager on staff.
