Coordinator Human Resources

Family Church Network

 

Position Overview: This position is responsible for supporting Human Resources for the Family Church Network, including Palm Beach Academy.

Reports To: Director Human Resources

 

Prerequisites

  • Ability to meet all minimum eligibility requirements to be a member of Family Church.
  • Affirm the Family Church Network statements of belief and practices as codified in our organizational bylaws and detailed in the Baptist Faith and Message confessional statement of 2000.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, expert on Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Preferred experience with Human Resource information systems, ADP preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including ADA and FMLA preferred.
  • Maturity and confidentiality.
