We are looking to fill our Entry-Level Apprentice Installer position to assist our HVAC Lead Installers for furnace, A/C, boiler, sheet metal and duct work.
Location: Hobart

Looking to start a hands-on career in HVAC installation? We offer a structured training program with clear growth and earning potential.
  • Tier 1: Initial Training Phase (2-4 weeks) - $16.20/hour while learning the basics.
  • Tier 2: Field Training Phase - Performance-based pay, averaging $16.20 - $25/hour, based on productivity and skill development.
  • Tier 3: Entry-Level Installer - Upon completing training, choose between:
    • Hourly Pay: $20/hour
    • Performance-Based Pay: Earn $16.20 - $30/hour based on efficiency and completed work.

Work/Job Schedule:
  • Every Sunday off (every 20 weeks you are required to work one Sunday)

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Perform installations of HVAC equipment (Furnaces, Air Conditioners, etc.)
  • Assist the Lead Installer
  • Perform basic repairs
  • Willingness to learn in the Four Seasons training facility
  • Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:
