  • Develop instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning experiences, including training materials, job aids, e-learning content, videos, guides, and supporting documentation.
  • Facilitate onboarding, leadership, professional development, systems, compliance, and skills-based training for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Partner with leaders to assess organizational capability gaps and develop learning solutions that improve employee performance and business results.
  • Manage multiple learning and development projects simultaneously, ensuring programs are delivered on time and aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, participant feedback, performance metrics, and business outcomes, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Research emerging learning technologies, instructional methodologies, and industry best practices to enhance employee development programs.
  • Support organizational change initiatives through training strategy, communication, and end-user readiness activities.
  • Coach managers and employees on development planning, career growth, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships across departments to ensure learning programs support operational excellence, leadership development, and long-term organizational capability.

Qualifications

  • Experience designing and managing learning and development programs from concept through implementation.
  • Experience developing training materials using instructional design principles for both instructor-led and digital learning environments.
  • Experience supporting early-career development, leadership development, internship, apprenticeship, or rotational programs preferred.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Requirements
