Job description

HR Student Assistant - Floyd Campus

The Office of Human Resources would like to offer a student a chance to obtain Human Resource experience through an apprenticeship. This role will provide the student with the opportunity to see behind the scenes in the Human Resources office and to obtain real world experience, which will be beneficial to the student upon degree completion.

• Assist with various HR projects

• Assist with maintenance of HR records

• Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, relay messages

• Assist with scheduling and responding to emails

• Provides general office support

• Perform other HR duties as assigned

• Must be currently enrolled at Georgia Highlands College

• Must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)

$12.00 per hour
