Overview

Responsible for daily operations of an assigned nursing unit to include quality improvement, financial performance and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(*Essential Functions)

  • Assumes responsibility for productivity and budgetary requirements.
  • Ensures patient satisfaction by supervising and evaluating the caliber of treatment and care of the patient.
  • Manages staff to ensure quality clinical outcome measures.
  • Provides clinical oversight to assigned patient population to include staff's competency and assignments.
  • Qualifications

    JOB SPECIFICATIONS(Minimum Requirements)KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

    • Thorough knowledge of clinical assessment and medical equipment.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to multi-task.

    • Ability to provide a positive attitude and support the organization and work with team members.
