About the Role

As a Corporate Associate in our Boston office, you will serve as a strategic advisor to commercial, financial, and industrial enterprises. You will navigate every phase of the private equity lifecycleโ€”from fund formation and direct investments to portfolio management and high-stakes platform exits. This role is designed for a practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to integrate into a robust national practice that values both independent initiative and seamless team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transactional Leadership: Lead and support complex M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and joint ventures.
  • Private Equity Lifecycle: Advise on the full spectrum of PE activity, including fundraising, investment fund formation, and portfolio company management.
  • Strategic Counseling: Provide practical business and legal counsel to public and private enterprises on diverse commercial and financial issues.
  • Client Management: Interface directly with global commingled funds, independent sponsors, and visionary entrepreneurs to clarify goals and achieve results.
  • Collaborative Execution: Deliver efficient legal services as a key member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the highest quality of client service on a national scale.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of dedicated M&A and private equity transactional experience within a reputable law firm environment.

  • Bar Admission: Must be admitted to practice, or eligible for admission, in Massachusetts.
