Job Title - AP/AR and Payroll (Full time)

Location - San Ramon, CA (Onsite)

We are looking for a detail-oriented AP, AR & Payroll Specialist to support day-to-day accounting and payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. 

QuickBooks knowledge is a MUST have.

Key Responsibilities:

General Finance Administration:

  • Pay roll.
  • Ecperience with ADP.
  • Invoicing and invoice tracking
  • Accounting, Profit and Loss balance sheets,
  • taxes
  • employee receipts tracking and calculations.
  • travel expenses etc.
  • filling and bookkeeping
  • background checks
  • SoW, CO, and PO tracking
  • on boarding and offboarding process
  • other activities as needed.
  • Adding vendors in the tool, adding tasks in right categories
