JOB SUMMARY:

Administers, supports, configures, develops, and researches the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Configures the system to meet ongoing business needs and generates reports to support HR functions, including compensation, compliance, performance management, and workforce analytics. Ensures that data is accurately processed and maintained according to organization rules and applicable regulations.

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience; and
  • Three years related experience. (UKG, Workday, ADP, etc)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides production support, including researching and resolving HRIS and integration problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
  • Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Trains on new processes/functionality. Trains new system users.
  • Maintains awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Continuously increases both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge.
  • Assesses current system and utilization; identifies and recommends improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the HRIS.
  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES:
  • Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions to issues that arise.
  • Excellent written communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop accurate and timely reports, documents, etc.
  • Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work and negotiate with key contacts, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, particularly strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, etc)
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior experience with UKGPro.
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
