The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the firm's Human Resources Information System to include handling reporting, day-to-day system needs, and developing effective solutions for system integration issues. This position collaborates closely with firmwide HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure system integrity, support key HR processes, and deliver data-driven insights.

Reporting directly to the Director of HR Systems, the HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining system functionality, supporting integrations, and enhancing the overall user experience. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and successfully delivering projects under competing deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide administrator support across all Workday modules, including business process configuration, report development, end-user training, and data management to ensure the effective operation and ongoing optimization of the platform.

  • Ensure data integrity my maintaining the accuracy, quality, security, and usability of employee data through established controls and audit processes.

  • Perform application upgrades and proactively troubleshoot application and integration issues, delivering timely and effective solutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

  • Develop and deliver custom reports and dashboards, and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests by gathering, analyzing, and providing data as needed.

  • Create, maintain, and update documentation for HRIS processes, procedures, and system configurations.

  • Design, develop and deliver training materials and provide ongoing user support as needed.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve and streamline HRIS processes and system integrations.

  • Ensure accurate tracking and secure storage of HR data and metrics.

  • Stay current on system updates and emerging technologies; recommend enhancements and support implementation efforts.

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to identify system enhancements, implement new functionalities, and optimize existing processes.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures as they relate to HRIS functionality.

  • Provide support for key HR processes, including open enrollment, performance management, and compensation cycles.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday.

  • Strong proficiency supporting one or more Workday modules, cush as Core HCM, Benefits, Absence Management, Performance, Time Tracking, Learning, or Recruiting is preferred.

  • Experience with Workday tools such as Prism, Studio, integrations, and vendor platforms (e.g., VNDLY) is preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word.

  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to professionalism and client service.

  • Knowledge of database management, data governance, and system security best practices.

  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

  • Must have the ability to work within strict timelines and have advanced project management skills

  • Must have the ability to work efficiently and confidentially within the confines of human resource guidelines

  • Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds, as needed

The expected salary range for this position is $150k-$180k. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skill set, and geographic location.
