HRIS Senior Specialist

  • Responsible for creation of new LE in SuccessFactor across multiple modules
  • Provides business analysis, problem solving, project management and overall HRIS planning and consulting for designated areas of HRIS.
  • Works closely with HR client group to define, analyze and document the business processes, systems and data in order to provide effective solutions.
  • Partners with users and IT professionals for needs assessment, process improvements, recommended solutions and implementation of applications.
  • Maintains and communicates design standards to be used for all HRIS tools, including visual interface specifications, used for all HRIS tools, including visual interface specifications, standards and practices.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of programs to improve documentation and communication between HRIS and HR function.
  • Acts as project lead on local projects and may lead global project.
  • Requires 8-10 years of SuccessFactors experience
