Job description

OVERVIEW

Merrick is seeking an HRIS Analyst to serve as the primary owner of our HR technology ecosystem. This role will be responsible for the administration, configuration, reporting, data integrity, and integrations of UKG Pro while also serving as the system administrator and subject matter expert for iCIMS.ย  Working at the intersection of HR and IT, this position partners closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and IT to ensure our people systems are accurate, reliable, compliant, and fully optimized.

This position offers a flexible, hybrid environment in our Greenwood Village, CO office.ย  Local candidates only, please.ย  Salary range is $92,600 to $120,000 depending on experience.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

HRIS Administration

  • Administer and configure UKG Pro modules, workflows, security, and business rules.
  • Maintain data integrity through audits, testing, and system governance.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide system support, training, and documentation.

Integrations & Benefits Systems

  • Manage and monitor HR, payroll, benefits, HSA, and retirement plan integrations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues with internal and external partners.
  • Support open enrollment and year-end benefits processes.
  • Partner with IT to maintain integrations between UKG Pro, iCIMS, Costpoint, and other systems.

iCIMS Administration

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for iCIMS.
  • Manage system configuration, workflows, reporting, and enhancements.
  • Develop governance, best practices, and process documentation.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and IT to improve system functionality and user experience.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using UKG BI tools and Power BI.
  • Support data-driven decision-making through accurate workforce analytics.
  • Automate and improve HR reporting processes.

Process Improvement

  • Lead HR technology projects and system enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
  • Create and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • US Citizenship required
  • Candidates must be located in Colorado
  • 3+ years of HRIS experience
  • Experience supporting HR, payroll, benefits, and timekeeping systems.
  • Experience managing benefits and vendor integrations.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required
