About the Role

Our Chapman Hyundai location in Phoenix is currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will help create a welcoming first impression for customers and visitors while delivering exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

  1. Greet customers and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate staff member for assistance
  2. Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally
  3. Communicate with customers and staff in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner
  4. Assist with clerical duties including sorting, filing, and maintaining documents
  5. Maintain an organized and welcoming reception and showroom environment

Qualifications

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is a plus
  2. Basic computer proficiency including email, Microsoft word, and excel
  3. Experience with clerical tasks such as filing and document organization preferred
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
