Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

30-minute unpaid lunch break

On-site position (not remote)

Position Overview

We are a busy outpatient physical therapy private practice seeking a full-time Front Desk / Receptionist who is Mandarin or Cantonese speaking. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule patient appointments and manage daily calendars

Verify and inquire about insurance benefits

Answer phone calls and respond to all communication channels used by the company

Organize and maintain patient files and records

Assist with insurance billing-related matters

Communicate with insurance companies via phone and email

Perform general front desk and administrative duties

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask, work independently, and solve problems efficiently

Basic office and administrative skills

Job Requirements

High school diploma required

Meticulous, responsible, and enthusiastic attitude

Ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff
