Job Summary

ProSites is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to identify, develop, and scale high-impact partnerships that drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

This individual contributor role is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and launching partnerships with organizations such as industry associations, technology providers, marketing platforms, referral partners, and reseller organizations.

The ideal candidate is a hunter and dealmaker who thrives on building relationships, structuring partnership agreements, and creating scalable go-to-market programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue across multiple verticals.


Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

โ€ข Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic partnership opportunities across ProSitesโ€™ target verticals including Dental, Veterinary, Accounting, and Legal.

โ€ข Source and engage potential partners including industry associations, agencies, technology platforms, service providers, and referral organizations.

โ€ข Structure and negotiate partnership agreements including referral programs, co-marketing initiatives, reseller arrangements, and strategic alliances.

โ€ข Develop relationships with senior leaders within partner organizations to create long-term mutually beneficial partnerships.


Technology Partnerships

โ€ข Identify and develop strategic technology partnerships including integrations, platform partnerships, and ecosystem relationships.

โ€ข Work with product and engineering teams to evaluate integration opportunities that expand the ProSites platform and create new revenue channels.

โ€ข Develop joint go-to-market strategies with technology partners to drive adoption, referrals, and new customer acquisition.

โ€ข Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote technology partnerships through campaigns, webinars, events, and co-marketing initiatives.


Partner Go-To-Market Execution

โ€ข Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners including campaigns, webinars, events, and co-marketing initiatives.

โ€ข Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to operationalize partnership programs.

โ€ข Enable internal sales teams to leverage partnerships for pipeline generation and deal acceleration.

โ€ข Support sales teams in converting partner-sourced opportunities into revenue.


Ecosystem Development

โ€ข Build and maintain strong executive relationships with key partner stakeholders.

โ€ข Represent ProSites at industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events.

โ€ข Continuously evaluate the partner ecosystem to identify new opportunities for growth and strategic alignment.


Pipeline and Performance Management

โ€ข Track and manage partnership pipeline using Salesforce and internal reporting tools.

โ€ข Establish measurable success metrics including partner-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, and program ROI.

โ€ข Monitor partnership performance and continuously optimize programs to increase impact.


Qualifications

โ€ข 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances within a SaaS, digital marketing, or technology-enabled services company.

โ€ข Proven success sourcing and closing strategic partnerships, referral programs, reseller agreements, or technology alliances.

โ€ข Strong negotiation and deal structuring experience.

โ€ข Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.

โ€ข Ability to operate as a self-directed individual contributor responsible for building a partnership pipeline from the ground up.

โ€ข Strong executive presence with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and external partners.

โ€ข Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

โ€ข Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

โ€ข Excellent communication and presentation skills.

โ€ข Willingness to travel for partner meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Base salary for this position ranges from $80,000โ€“$90,000 annually, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $140,000โ€“$160,000 per year.
