As our Veterinary Clinic Manager, you're the backbone of our office, keeping everything running smoothly from the moment the doors open. You lead a dedicated team, handling hiring, training, and performance management to ensure a supportive and high-performing environment. Your Schedule & Location: This is a full-time, in-office role in Austin, TX, working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM-with no late nights or weekend shifts.

What It Takes to Succeed:

  • Proven experience as a practice manager, office manager, or in a similar role in a veterinary setting is required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and team development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with staff, clients, and vendors
  • A passion for animal care and exceptional client service
