As our Veterinary Clinic Manager, you're the backbone of our office, keeping everything running smoothly from the moment the doors open. You lead a dedicated team, handling hiring, training, and performance management to ensure a supportive and high-performing environment. Your days include managing schedules, maintaining inventory, and implementing efficient processes that improve both patient care and client experience. You also oversee budgeting, vendor relations, and marketing initiatives to keep our clinic growing and thriving. Whether you're resolving challenges, improving workflows, or strengthening client relationships, your leadership makes all the difference

Your Schedule & Location: This is a full-time, in-office role in Austin, TX, working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM-with no late nights or weekend shifts.

What It Takes to Succeed:

  • Proven experience as a practice manager, office manager, or in a similar role in a veterinary setting is required
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and team development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with staff, clients, and vendors
  • A passion for animal care and exceptional client service

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • CVPM certification or a degree in business administration/management
