Position Overview

We are a busy outpatient physical therapy private practice seeking a full-time Front Desk / Receptionist who is Mandarin or Cantonese speaking. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule patient appointments and manage daily calendars
  • Verify and inquire about insurance benefits
  • Answer phone calls and respond to all communication channels used by the company
  • Organize and maintain patient files and records
  • Assist with insurance billing-related matters
  • Communicate with insurance companies via phone and email
  • Perform general front desk and administrative duties
