HR Receptionists are administrative professionals who serve as the first point of contact in a company's Human Resources department. They greet visitors, answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle basic HR-related inquiries. Additionally, they assist with filing, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR staff with various administrative tasks. Their role is essential in ensuring smooth communication between employees, job applicants, and the HR team.

How does an HR receptionist typically collaborate with the HR team and other departments?
