Role Purpose 

The Integration Project Manager serves as Solidaire’s execution engine for all post‐close integration activities across HR, Finance, Operations, IT, and Legal. This role manages timelines, deliverables, risks, and cross‐functional coordination to ensure every acquisition transitions into Solidaire’s operating model on schedule and with minimal disruption. 

This position eliminates execution gaps, improves cross‐functional alignment, and creates a repeatable project management framework that supports Solidaire’s rapid acquisition cadence. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Integration Project Planning & Execution 

  • Build and manage detailed project plans for Day 1/30/60/90 integration milestones. 
  • Track tasks, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across all workstreams. 
  • Facilitate integration meetings, action item reviews, and cross‐functional alignment. 
  • Maintain integration dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for leadership. 

2. Pre‐Close Assessment & Readiness 

  • Support pre‐close assessments to identify operational, HR, financial, and systems risks. 
  • Build readiness checklists, communication plans, and onboarding workflows. 
  • Ensure all pre‐close requirements are completed prior to Day 1. 

3. Post‐Close Coordination & Issue Resolution 

  • Coordinate cross‐functional teams to ensure timely execution of integration tasks. 
  • Identify risks, escalate issues, and drive resolution with urgency. 
  • Support system migrations, policy harmonization, and operational alignment. 
  • Ensure acquired leadership teams receive timely communication and support. 

4. Documentation, Governance & Continuous Improvement 

  • Maintain integration documentation, templates, and playbooks. 
  • Capture lessons learned and update integration frameworks accordingly. 
  • Support training and enablement for internal teams involved in integration. 
  • Ensure governance standards are followed across all integrations. 

Qualifications 

  • 3–5+ years project management experience in operations, HR, finance, or integration environments. 
  • Strong organizational, communication, and cross‐functional coordination skills. 
  • Experience in M&A, PMI, or multi‐site operations preferred. 
  • PMP or similar certification preferred. 

Success Measures (First 12 Months) 

  • 100% on‐time delivery of integration milestones. 
  • Reduction in integration execution gaps and escalations. 
  • Integration dashboards fully adopted across workstreams. 
  • Improved cross‐functional alignment and communication. 
  • Successful integration of all acquisitions with minimal disruption.
