Hi there, we're Article. Since 2013, we've been making it easy to create beautiful spaces with our online direct-to-consumer modern furniture. Now, we're moving from clicks to bricks and opening physical retail stores across the US and Canada, expanding our reach from digital-first to a true omni-channel experience.
This is where you come in. As a Home Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our brand-new location. You will be the real-life face of Article, bringing our designs to life and making every in-store interaction a delightful one.
This is our first retail store in the Greater Seattle area, and we picked the beautiful Bellevue Square.
  • Our store address is: Lincoln Square North, Bellevue, WA 98004
  • Store size: 8400 square feet
  • Staff size/ model: 1x Store Manager,2x Assistant Managers, 2x Sales Floor Leads (key holders), 8x Home Experts (associates)
  • Hours of operation: The store is open 7 days per week, Monday - Saturday, 10 am - 8 pm, Sunday 11 am -7 pm

Video Interviews: ongoing (on camera - phone or computer)
Final Interviews: September 3rd & 4th (in person)
Training Schedule: September 21th - October 9th (3 weeks of full-time training)

What You'll Do:
As a Home Expert, you have a passion for helping customers create beautiful spaces in their homes. You are up to date on the latest trends and seek out ways to inspire and delight our customers. You have a proven ability to drive sales and deliver on KPI's.
  • Welcome customers into the showroom and help them feel at home
  • Guide customers through our furniture selection and support online ordering
  • Stay informed about our products, tools, and policies to support customer confidence
  • Keep the showroom looking beautiful and organized throughout the day
  • Use internal systems to manage orders, support returns, and navigate logistics
  • Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a respectful, team-first environment
  • Participate in regular coaching and feedback with your Store Manager
  • Flex to support peak periods on weekends and key retail dates

Who You Are:
  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Minimum 18 years of age
