This role leads a high-performing payroll function supporting both union and non-union employees across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. Role Overview The Payroll Manager oversees end-to-end payroll operations, manages complex pay rules and collective bargaining agreements, and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Qualifications

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) strongly preferred.

  • Experience with large-scale HCM/ERP systems (Workday, ADP, UKG, Oracle, Microsoft 365, etc.).
  • Strong background in payroll accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit processes.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex pay rules and CBA language.
  • Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and identifying process improvements.
