Office / HR Assistant (Part-Time)

Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Office / HR Assistant to join our team and support our administrative and HR functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the behind-the-scenes operations that help support our restaurant managers and teams.
This position is ideal for someone seeking flexible working hours, as the schedule is typically 2 to 3 days per week, approximately 5 hours per day, rather than a fixed daily schedule. It is well-suited for students, individuals with other commitments, or anyone looking for part-time work with flexibility. No extensive experience is required; what matters most is a positive attitude, strong communication skills, accountability, a solid work ethic, and a willingness to learn and contribute positively to the team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, including payroll, HR, and day-to-day operations, with opportunities to grow as you develop your skills.
Compensation & Schedule
  • Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Approximately 15 hours per week (part-time)
  • Hours may vary based on business needs
