We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department with administrative and operational tasks. The HR Assistant will assist with employee records management, and general HR support to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
