Job description

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter to join a growing organization. This position is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract, source, and hire top talent across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sourcing, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Salary $27.00 $30.00 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Extend offers and assist with negotiation and onboarding process
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Stay up to date on labor market trends and recruiting best practices

Qualifications:
