HR Coordinator (Healthcare | Onboarding & Compliance)
Orange County, CA | Full-Time with the ability to travel to other offices to support onboarding needs.
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support employee onboarding, HR administration, and compliance across multiple healthcare entities.
This role reports directly to the President at our Santa Ana Corporate Office, and plays a key role in ensuring efficient onboarding, accurate HR records, and audit-ready personnel files in a regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new hire onboarding using HRIS systems (Coastal Payroll / iSolved preferred)
  • Ensure completion of onboarding documentation, orientation, and required competencies
  • Maintain accurate employee personnel files and HR records
  • Track licenses, certifications, training, and compliance requirements
  • Support compliance with California labor laws and healthcare regulatory standards (hospice & home health)
  • Assist with employee data entry, status changes, and HR administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with leadership, clinical teams, and payroll
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, onboarding, HR coordinator, or HR assistant roles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with HRIS systems (iSolved / Coastal Payroll preferred)
  • Healthcare experience (hospice, home health, or medical environment) preferred
Compensation
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience
