About the Company

SIP Manufacturing opened in 2018 as a small, two-line beverage manufacturing facility in Lake Elsinore, CA, producing two to five pallets of product per day. Since then, we have grown to producing over ten truckloads of product per day across multiple lines and a diversified customer base. Our products are sold throughout the United States, and we are continuing to expand our footprint in the industry.


About the Role

SIP Manufacturing is seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Manager to join our team onsite in Lake Elsinore, CA. The ideal candidate has extensive human resources management experience in a manufacturing environment and is fluent in both English and Spanish, enabling effective communication across our diverse workforce. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and working closely with the HR Coordinator, the HR Manager will oversee HR functions, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive, productive work environment. This role requires a daily onsite presence to support production-floor staff and HR operations in person.

Responsibilities and Tasks

HR Strategy and Administration

โ— Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the manufacturing industry.

โ— Partner with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals.

โ— Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and performance management.

โ— Manage the HR team, including direct oversight of the HR Coordinator, providing development opportunities and leadership to build a cross-functional group.

Recruitment and Staffing

โ— Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for manufacturing roles, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

โ— Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and educational institutions to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Employee Relations

โ— Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on HR-related issues.

โ— Mediate conflicts and administer disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.

โ— Organize and lead employee engagement activities that support a positive workplace culture.

Compliance and Safety

โ— Ensure company practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local labor and employment laws, including California-specific requirements.

โ— Monitor legal and regulatory developments and update company policies accordingly.

โ— Partner with operations leadership on workplace safety programs and Cal/OSHA compliance.

Training and Development

โ— Identify training needs and develop programs to build employee skills and performance.

โ— Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.

โ— Support continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing workforce.

Compensation and Benefits

โ— Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

โ— Conduct salary surveys and recommend compensation adjustments to maintain competitive, equitable pay structures.

โ— Manage and execute company payroll processes.

Bilingual Communication

โ— Provide HR support in both English and Spanish, including translation of documents and communications.

โ— Conduct meetings, training sessions, and consultations in both languages as needed.

โ— Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

โ— Proficiency with HR software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

โ— Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

โ— Preferred: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SPHR).
